Dennis Alimena is a recognized expert in team diagnostics/development, executive coaching and change management. He has worked with world­class organizations in many industries - including manufacturing, sales, pharmaceuticals and retail - for more than 20 years.

Prior to his current role, Dennis was Vice President and Strategic Account Leader for Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group - a leadership/team development and culture change company serving CEOs and presidents of Fortune 500 companies globally. During his ten years with Senn-Delaney, some of Dennis' clients included Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Verizon and GlaxoSmithKline.
