Lynn Crump-Caine, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

An insightful global executive, Lynn Crump-Caine served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for McDonald's Corporation. She directed global operations departments responsible for standards and consistency of operations in more than 31,000 McDonald's restaurants around the world.

Her 30 year tenure also included global supply chain, training, learning and development, real estate and innovations worldwide. She has been part of several strategic revitalizations of one of the world's most well known brands.

With a primary focus on business management and developing leaders, Lynn has led and coached hundreds of managers and executives in the areas of leadership and execution, strategy development, business operations, and communications.

Additionally she serves on a number of business and civic organization boards, including Advocate Health Care, Women Looking Ahead news magazine and the Goodman Theatre in Chicago. Lynn is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and has been recognized as Dollars and Sense Outstanding Business Woman, Illinois Business Women of Influence - Business Ledger, Women Looking Ahead, Woman of the Year and Outstanding Georgia Citizen.
